Zhiqiang Hao
graduated from Beijing Film Academy in 1988, majoring in animation. He then worked as a director in the documentary department of CCTV's oversea center.
In 2001, he established EVO Productions and started to produce independent films.
His animation film 【Wind】and documentary film 【Big Tree County】exhibited in several international film festivals and were honored in
the EARTH WATCH Film Festival and received the social environmental film award of Japan's
International Environmental Film Festival.
Since 1993, he has cooperated with international main stream TV Medias such as BBC, PBS, ARD and ARTE, to shoot Chinese themed documentaries.
Starting 2007, he became the production coordinator of CNEX Foundation, and produced and co-produced several of the foundation's documentary films.
